Skills Required:

Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting electrical layouts and structural designs.
Strong basic knowledge of solar PV systems and component operations.
Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor daily solar plant operations and conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure project installation strictly complies with engineering drawings, specs, and quality standards.
Supervise ongoing solar project activities to ensure timely and compliant execution.
Maintain daily and monthly logs for energy generation, maintenance tasks, and spare inventory.
Supervise and coordinate daily solar panel cleaning activities to maintain peak efficiency.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and manage quick repair of system breakdowns.
Comply with company policies and maintain standard safety and quality protocols on site.
