Context:

The Management Trainee Officer – Operations will support production and manufacturing operations through production planning, resource optimization, process improvement, cost control, and cross-functional coordination. The role is designed to develop strong technical and operational capabilities for future leadership responsibilities within the manufacturing function.

Responsibilities:

• Production planning, execution, and target achievement as per budget.

• Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.

• Control production costs, wastage, and rejection.

• Efficient utilization of capital expenditure to achieve desired growth.

• Coordinate with SCM, Store, QA, Maintenance & Planning departments.

• Ensure product quality standards and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise daily production status to meet market demand.

• Research new technology for effective production.

• Develop and implement new product models.

• Provide technical support for machine, mold, and process improvement.

• Handle emergency production issues and critical decision-making.

• Monitor execution plans and production targets.

• Prepare and present production reports and KPIs to management.
