Job Context:

Abul Khair Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Electrical (Industrial Automation) to oversee and support industrial automation and electrical control systems across our manufacturing operations in Laksham, Cumilla.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain industrial automation and electrical control systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

• Monitor and troubleshoot PLC, IPC, drives and associated control systems.

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for automation and electrical systems.

• Analyze system failures and implement appropriate technical solutions to minimize downtime.

• Support installation, commissioning, modification and improvement of automation systems.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance and other relevant departments for smooth plant operation.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures.

• Lead technicians/engineers and provide technical guidance on automation and electrical control-related issues.

• Identify opportunities for automation improvement, energy efficiency and process optimization.
