Responsibilities & Context:
1. Daily shift monitors and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SOP and other quality system.
2. Maintain daily inspections of production floor as per line wise (paratha, handmade, kitchen, nuggets, sausages, meatball, French fry, packaging and FG storage areas).
3. To maintain physical specification of each product during production.
4. Daily monitoring of sample of finished products and verifying specifications as per SOP. (e.g., Size, Shape texture, microbial cross contamination, physical quality).
5. Monitor hygiene, pest control, sanitation, allergen handling and equipment cleanliness as per shift wise.
