Job Summary:

The Sealing Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining sealing machinery used in the Honey packaging process. The role involves ensuring that products are sealed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards. The operator will monitor machine performance, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:

  • Operate sealing machines according to production schedules and quality specifications.

  • Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal sealing quality and efficiency.

  • Monitor the sealing process to ensure all products meet the required standards.

  • Load and unload products or packaging materials onto the machine as required.

• Quality Control:

  • Inspect sealed products regularly to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

  • Identify and report any product defects or discrepancies to the supervisor.

  • Perform minor adjustments or repairs to the machine to correct any issues.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Perform routine maintenance on the sealing machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that may arise during operation.

  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians for more complex repairs and maintenance tasks.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery.

  • Ensure that the sealing area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.

  • Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production outputs, and maintenance activities.

  • Report production numbers and any operational issues to the Production Supervisor.
