B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Cement Industry

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

Minimum 3 years of practical CCR/DCS operation experience in a cement manufacturing plant.

Experience in both FLSmidth and Loesche VRM operation, including start-up, shutdown, normal/abnormal operation, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Experience in Stacker & Reclaimer operation, including operational troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Experience in cement production process, raw material unloading, stacking, reclaiming, and feeding operations.

Experience in process instrumentation, calibration, weigh feeder calibration, and measurement verification.

Experience in HAG (Diesel & Gas Based) operational, troubleshooting and problem-solvingStrong knowledge of process troubleshooting, RCA, process/data analysis, OEE, energy efficiency, and process optimization.

Proficiency in Google Sheets/Google Workspace and working knowledge of ERP systems.

A. CCR/DCS Operation

• Operate and monitor CCR/DCS systems for VRM, raw material handling, Stacker, Reclaimer, HAG, and associated equipment.

• Monitor critical process parameters and maintain stable process conditions.

• Ensure proper start-up and shutdown of equipment according to approved SOPs.

• Take timely corrective action during abnormal process conditions.

• Maintain continuous communication with field operators and relevant departments.

B. Process Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor key process parameters and identify deviations from standard operating conditions.

• Analyze process trends and recommend corrective actions.

• Support production and process optimization initiatives.

• Monitor OEE, production efficiency, energy consumption, and equipment performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce energy consumption.

C. Troubleshooting & RCA

• Identify and troubleshoot process and operational abnormalities.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring operational problems.

• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Quality, and Maintenance teams for problem resolution.

• Maintain proper records of process abnormalities and corrective actions taken.

D. Instrumentation & Weigh Feeder

• Support calibration and verification of critical process instruments.

• Monitor the accuracy and performance of weigh feeders.

• Coordinate with Instrumentation/Electrical teams for calibration and measurement-related issues.

• Ensure reliable process measurement for stable production operation.

E. Production & Reporting

• Monitor production performance against shift/day-wise targets.

• Analyze production and process data.

• Prepare accurate shift reports and performance reports.

• Maintain proper records of process parameters, abnormalities, stoppages, and corrective actions.

• Provide relevant data and analysis to Production/Plant Management.

F. Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, quality requirements, and environmental regulations.

• Follow all applicable plant safety procedures during CCR and field operations.

• Immediately report unsafe conditions, process abnormalities, and critical equipment issues.

• Promote a safety-focused working culture within the production team.
