• Bachelor’s degree in Leather engineering/Science/Business from Public,Private or Oversees University.

• Strong knowledge of leather footwear sewing processes and operations

• Understanding of SMV, line balancing, and capacity planning

• Ensure productivity and achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective supervision and line support.

• Coordinate with IE and Planning to confirm production targets, SMV, capacity, and line loading on the previous working day.

• Ensure sewing line quality and output quantity are maintained as per SOP, buyer requirements, and AQL standards.

• Monitor line performance to achieve on-time shop order closure as per SOP (e.g., completion of 1,000 pairs within 3 days).

• Ensure First Time Pass (FTR) is achieved and control rework levels below 2% through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Synchronize sewing processes to ensure optimal line balancing and efficient manpower utilization.

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in sewing operations to improve productivity and reduce WIP.

• Ensure proper implementation of production planning, layout, and work methods for improved efficiency.

• Coordinate closely with IE, Quality, Cutting, Finishing, Maintenance, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping (5S), and line discipline standards on the production floor.

• Monitor attendance, skill matrix, and operator performance to ensure effective manpower deployment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost control in sewing operations.
