Additional Requirements:

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Deep understanding of body fabrication techniques, including welding, cutting, assembly, and material selection.

• Expertise in various painting processes, including surface preparation, coating, and finishing, with knowledge of industry-specific equipment and tools.

• Competency in managing and optimizing body fabrication and painting processes to ensure high efficiency and minimal downtime.

• Competence in conducting detailed inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality guidelines.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in the fabrication and painting environment.

• Strong analytical skills to quickly identify problems in the fabrication or painting process and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the body fabrication process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.

• Supervise the preparation, cutting, welding, and assembly of components to create the vehicle body structure.

• Supervise the painting process, ensuring proper surface preparation, coating, curing, and finishing of vehicle bodies.

• Ensure that painting operations meet both aesthetic and durability standards, ensuring high-quality finishes.

• Monitor and inspect body fabrication and painting to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

• Ensure that all body fabrication and painting operations follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of materials.

• Monitor environmental impacts of the painting process, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

• Conduct safety audits and implement necessary corrective actions to prevent accidents and minimize risks.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, including engineering, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth production and minimize downtime.

• Ensure the proper maintenance of fabrication and painting machinery and equipment.

• Schedule regular inspections and servicing to prevent breakdowns and ensure high-quality output.

• Assist in budget planning for body fabrication and painting operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Monitor and control costs related to materials, labor, and overheads, striving to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
