Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Sound knowledge of Microbiological Testing and Analysis.

  • Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality compliance requirements.

  • Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GHP, HACCP, ISO standards, or other relevant quality standards will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of CAPA, deviation management, root cause analysis, and audit processes.

  • Familiarity with environmental and hygiene monitoring practices.

  • Strong understanding of documentation control and SOP management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

  2. Conduct and support microbiological testing and analysis of relevant samples as per approved procedures.

  3. Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

  4. Support environmental and hygiene monitoring activities within the plant and laboratory.

  5. Assist in managing quality deviations, investigations, CAPA, and audit-related activities.

  6. Prepare, review, update, and maintain quality documents, SOPs, and records.

  7. Support smooth and efficient laboratory operations while ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.

  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

  9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

  10. Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
