Experience:
•Centrifugal and reciprocating compressors knowledge •Compressor start-up, shutdown, loading/unloading and operating procedures.
•Vibration and seal system including lube oil.
•Knowledge on cryogenic pumps including cavitation. •Refrigeration and cryogenic system knowledge. •Mechanical safety system including PSV’s, piping & rotating equipment vibration.
•Understanding P&ID
•Mechanical inventory management, documentation post maintenance activity and analysis record for future test frequency understanding
•RCA for problem solving, MSDS knowledge for chemical.
Plant Start-up & Shutdown Operations
• Supervise and conduct plant start-up and shutdown operations in accordance with approved site work instructions, to ensure safe and efficient plant transitions.
Process Monitoring & Control
• Monitor and control process parameters of the ASU (300 TPD, producing GOX, GAN, LOX, LIN & LAR) and the 51.5 TPD Oxygen Liquefaction Unit — including Main Air Compressors, Booster Turboexpander, Nitrogen Re-cycle Compressor, Pressure Vessels (VIE, VITI, Buffer Tank), and Compressed Cylinder Filling Station — to maintain stable and efficient plant operation.
Production Reporting
• Maintain shift duty coverage and prepare daily shift production reports and monthly production reports, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of plant output.
Quality Assurance
• Control product quality to maintain the product on spec and make in shift adjustments as necessary, to ensure output consistently meets standard specifications.
Product Supply per Demand
• Provide liquid and compressed gaseous products as per internal and external customer demand, to meet business and customer commitments.
Maintenance Planning & Execution
• Planning punch lists for planned maintenance. Be ready to do any corrective maintenance when required.
Cost Optimization
• Minimize operating costs and reduce downtime costs by initiating small-scale cost-saving projects, to improve operational profit.
EHS Compliance & Safety Culture
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety standards — including incident reporting and adherence to site safety rules — by building continuous people awareness and enforcing personal and equipment protection controls, to maintain a safe working environment.
