Responsibilities & Context:
Attend complaints and deliver serviced batteries ensuring customer satisfaction as per warranty policy.
Prepare/ analyze and present information on complaint types of faults & battery performance.
Recommend measures for preventive actions and improvement.
Provide data for assessment of warranty cost.
Ensure operations as per process instruction and maintain compliance in line with ISO 9001 QMS & ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 EHSMS requirements.
Develop core team and motivated workforce.
Training and development of people.
Ensure continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
