• Provide legal advice and guidance to the company’s management team on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, regulatory compliance and corporate governance

• Good knowledge of land measurement, land registration, land ownership, land-related papers/documents and selling/buy procedures as per Bangladesh government rules & regulations

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, employment agreements and commercial contracts

• Ensure that the company’s operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations

• Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage external legal counsel in negotiations with third parties, including government agencies, customers, suppliers and business partners.

• Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise company on any necessary changes to policies and procedures.
