Responsibilities & Context:
To Prepare Legal opinion of land for joint venture development (Land Procurement)
To Prepare bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-cobla deed etc in Bangali & English.
To lead all legal matter of company.
To do the work with different Government department.
Capable to drive motor cycle with driving license.
