Experience:

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)

• Must be an Enrolled Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council.

• At least 3 years

• Age At least 30 years

• Must be an Enrolled Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the legal field.

• Practical knowledge of Land & Property Laws.

• Strong legal drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.

• Prepare, review and manage legal documents, agreements and other legal instruments.

• Handle land-related legal matters, including land documentation, demarcation and matters concerning Forest Land.

• Conduct and oversee title verification, mutation and registration processes to ensure proper legal documentation and compliance.

• Coordinate with relevant government authorities and regularly visit government offices to facilitate land and legal matters.

• Provide legal analysis and support in matters related to land and property.

• Negotiate and review legal terms and documentation to safeguard the company’s interests.

• Maintain proper records of legal and land-related documents and ensure timely follow-up on ongoing matters.

• Perform any other assignments entrusted by the management.
