• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Design & Technology (FDT)

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a 3D Designer using Browzwear (V-Stitcher) or CLO 3D.

• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, sewing techniques, and fabric properties.

• Thorough knowledge of grading, POMs (Points of Measurement), size specifications, and measurement standards.

• Complete understanding of the 2D Pattern → 3D Simulation → Fit Assessment → Size Set → Buyer Approval workflow.

• Solid understanding of commercial apparel manufacturing and production processes.

• Create 3D digital garments from flat sketches, technical drawings, and 2D DXF patterns using Browzwear (V-Stitcher) or CLO 3D, and use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for design asset creation.

• Develop realistic fabric and trim simulations to accurately represent garment details.

• Identify and resolve garment fit issues through 3D simulation.

• Develop size sets and fit samples for multiple size points using V-Stitcher.

• Create presentation-ready 3D prototypes for buyer review and approval.

• Interpret and implement buyer feedback and technical revisions efficiently.

• Coordinate effectively with buyers, technical teams, pattern makers, and business development teams.
