• Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
• Master of Law (LLM) in Law

Barrister at Law is preferred.

Practising preventative law, providing legal advice and assistance to management and internal departments.

Represent and defend cases before the court on behalf of company.

Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.

Drafting various Agreements, Undertakings, Board resolutions, Memorandum of Association, notices, replies to notices & regulatory letters and MoUs.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in Civil, Criminal matters, Banking, Company matters and Corporate litigations.

Handle case analysis, legal research and dispute resolution.

Manage and support litigation and arbitrary matters.

Advise on company law, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance.

Appearing in litigation and tribunal hearings on behalf of the company.

Deal with all kinds of hearing of the court with regard to company business.

Extensive experience in handling financial litigation before the Lower Courts and the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Provide risk assessment in strategic decision making on legal issues.

Liaise with external lawyers, courts and regulatory authorities.

Proven experience in Civil and Criminal litigation and dispute resolution.

Perform any other work as assigned by the top management.
