To strengthen this Sector, the company is seeking an experienced and competent Legal Advisor to oversee all legal guidance, risk management, and regulatory compliance support to our business.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management: Draft, review, edit, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and internal policies.
Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in local and national legislation to ensure the organization stays compliant with applicable laws.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal exposures in business operations and formulate preventive strategies or settlement solutions.
Legal Advisory: Provide written legal opinions, briefing documents, and consultations to executive management and various internal departments.
Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing administrative disputes, claims, or litigations, and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
Corporate Governance: Support board meetings, maintain corporate records, and handle shareholder or regulatory inquiries.
