• Age At least 30 years

Must be enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council

• Legal consulting service related to business entity formation, incorporation, and securing necessary statutory licenses and regulatory permissions.

• End-to-end drafting, reviewing and structuring of commercial contracts, legal instruments, and corporate agreements

• Provide Legal opinions covering Company Law, Labour Law, Contract Law, BIDA Policies, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Import/Export Compliance, Visa & Immigration Policies, and HR Policy

• Communicate and coordination with government authorities, regulatory bodies and public organizations.

• Legal Research

• Accurate translation of legal, regulatory, and corporate documents.

• Public Relations and engagement when necessary

• Handling special legal assignments and operational requests as directed by management.
