• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)

Advocate, Bangladesh Bar Council

• 6 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Law Firm

• Age At least 28 years

• Advocate from the Bangladesh Bar Council (Barrister will get preference)
• Consulting work experience with BIDA, RJSC, BEZA, BEPZA, Labour Department
• Well knowledge about Labour Law, Company Law, Contract Law, BIDA Policy, Import Export Law, Visa Policy, Foreign Exchange Policy, HR Policy
• Good knowledge of English or Japanese; able to have good spoken and written skills is required
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office is required
• Must have working experience in any Corporate Law Chamber
• Ability to work independently and in a professional manner

• Providing the following legal service as a member of our team 

• Legal consulting service related to Business entities including incorporation, license/permission application

• Legal Research

• Case law research

• Legal Opinion

• Drafting Contracts and Legal Documents

• Translation of documents

• Public Relations as necessary

• Communicate with the government organizations

• Provide opinion about Labour Law, Company Law, Contract Law, BIDA Policy, Import Export Law, Visa Policy, Foreign Exchange Policy, HR Policy

• Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
