Responsibilities & Context:
Lead overall Casting and Greenware Finishing production as per approved production planning.
Monitor casting thickness, draining time, and mold performance to achieve required product quality.
Analyze casting and finishing defects (crack, lamination, air bubble, warpage, and joint mark) and oversee root cause analysis.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection and improve yield.
Oversee greenware finishing operations to ensure smooth surface and proper joint finishing.
Monitor raw material consumption, recycling, and wastage control.
Review daily production, rejection, and development reports.
Ensure implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and critical control points (CCP).
Coordinate with Mold, Quality Control, and Kiln departments to ensure smooth production flow and on-time target achievement.
