• Sound knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulation processes.

• Understanding of QC procedures and laboratory practices.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• 2–5 years of experience in cosmetic, skincare, personal care, or pharmaceutical product formulation and quality control.

Job Context

The Celeste, a skincare brand of Beauty Booth Bangladesh, is seeking a dedicated and innovative R&D Chemist to develop and improve skincare products while ensuring quality standards throughout the production process. The selected candidate will be involved in product formulation, testing, quality control, and continuous product development.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate skincare and personal care products.

• Research new ingredients and innovative formulations.

• Conduct product stability, compatibility, and performance tests.

• Prepare and maintain formulation records and technical documentation.

• Perform quality control checks on raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods.

• Investigate and resolve product quality issues.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure product consistency and compliance with quality standards.

• Ensure products meet regulatory and safety requirements.
