Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
* Prepare and update order-wise production plans and Master Files from order receiving to final delivery.
* Monitor Knitting, Grey, Dyeing, Finishing and FQC status against planned dates.
* Strong follow-up on Finishing progress, pending quantities, FQC status and delivery readiness to ensure timely delivery.
* Coordinate with Merchandising, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, FQC and Cutting for smooth order execution.
* Prepare daily/weekly production and delivery status reports and highlight delays or bottlenecks.
* Track order balance, delivery quantity, pending processes and order closing
* Maintain accurate planning data in Excel/ERP and Master Files
* Follow up urgent orders according to TOD/shipment requirements
* Perform other planning and production follow-up activities as assigned by management.
