Responsibilities & Context:
Prophetic Cure একটি সুন্নাহভিত্তিক অল্টারনেটিভ হেলথকেয়ার প্রতিষ্ঠান। আমরা এমন একজন দায়িত্বশীল ও ফলাফলভিত্তিক Operations & Growth Executive খুঁজছি, যিনি টিমের পারফরম্যান্স নিশ্চিত করার পাশাপাশি HR, Accounts ও Business Growth-এর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দায়িত্ব সামলাতে পারবেন।
মূল দায়িত্ব
Team Target ও KPI নির্ধারণ এবং Performance Monitoring।
Team Supervision, Accountability ও নিয়মিত Follow-up।
Attendance, Leave, Recruitment ও Employee Performance Management।
Income-Expense, Transaction ও Monthly Financial Reporting।
Sales, Booking, Revenue, Conversion ও Retention Data Analysis।
Business Growth Plan বাস্তবায়ন ও Performance Improvement।
Excel/Google Sheets-এ Report, Dashboard ও Tracker তৈরি।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ, সিদ্ধান্ত ও Performance-এর Documentation নিশ্চিত করা।
অভিজ্ঞতা
সর্বনিম্ন ৩ বছরের প্রাসঙ্গিক অভিজ্ঞতা।
কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের Team Lead/Supervisory Experience।
কমপক্ষে ৫ জনের Team সরাসরি Supervise করার অভিজ্ঞতা।

Strong Leadership & Decision Making
Accountability-driven Mindset
Data Analysis & KPI Management
Excel/Google Sheets — Formula, Pivot Table, Dashboard & Reporting
HR ও Accounts-এর Practical Knowledge

Problem Solving ও Team Management
অগ্রাধিকার
Clinic/Healthcare, Service-based, D2C, Sales/CRM, Operations বা Business Growth-এর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
