The Production Officer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all manufacturing activities, including product production, process management, and team supervision of medical products like wound dressings, ointments, microgels and others.
Responsibilities & Context:
· Maintain daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow
· Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets
· Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations
· Maintain production performance and implement process improvements
· Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and other departments
· Maintain production records and reports
