Experience:
5-7 years of relevant experience in injection molding/plastic fittings manufacturing.
Practical experience with IMM, plastic pipe fittings, uPVC/cPVC/PPR fittings, mold setting, and process optimization will be highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery.
Sound knowledge of plastic raw materials and processing.
Strong leadership and manpower management skills.

Fresh Polymer and Paints Limited (FPPL), a concern of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is setting up a modern and diversified polymer manufacturing facility at the Comilla Economic Zone, Bangladesh. The facility will manufacture a wide range of high-quality polymer and plastic products, including uPVC, cPVC, HDPE pipes, plastic fittings, bathroom fittings, uPVC WPC doors, uPVC foam sheets, water tanks, Teflon taps, and other polymer and paint products to meet growing market demand. To support its Injection Molding Machine (IMM) Fittings Production operations, FPPL is looking for a motivated, proactive, and technically competent professional for the position of Shift In-Charge – IMM Fittings. The role will be responsible for supervising shift-wise injection molding operations, monitoring machine and process parameters, achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, controlling wastage, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise injection molding machines during assigned shifts to achieve planned production targets.
Monitor injection temperature, pressure, speed, cooling time, cycle time, and other process parameters to maintain consistent product quality.
Ensure proper machine and mold setup according to product specifications and approved process parameters.
Check product dimensions, weight, appearance, and other quality characteristics to identify defects promptly.
Coordinate with Quality Control regarding product defects and implement immediate corrective actions.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Tool Room teams to resolve machine and mold-related problems.
Monitor machine-wise output, cycle time, rejection, wastage, and downtime.
Control material consumption and minimize production wastage during the shift.
Supervise operators and workers and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Ensure proper shift handover, production documentation, housekeeping, 5S, and safety compliance.
Prepare shift-wise production reports and communicate abnormalities to the Production Manager.
