Education:

• Diploma in Food Technology / Chemical Technology / Chemistry

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Basic knowledge of food production processes, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to work in a production environment as per operational requirements.

• Assist in the day-to-day production operations of Sweets and Dairy products.

• Assist in production planning and ensure production targets are achieved.

• Monitor production processes to maintain product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other production resources.

• Maintain daily production records and prepare necessary reports.

• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, and other relevant departments.

• Follow GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other applicable food safety and hygiene standards.

• Monitor production activities and report any issues to the Production Manager/Senior Management.

• Assist in reducing production losses, wastage, and improving production efficiency.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic production environment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
