• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in Sweets, Dairy, Bakery, Food Manufacturing, or Beverage industries will be preferred.

• Basic knowledge of food quality, food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.

• Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 will be an advantage.

• Good observation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to work in a food production environment as per operational requirements.

• Assist in maintaining quality control activities for Sweets and Dairy products.

• Inspect and monitor raw materials, in-process products, and finished products according to established quality standards.

• Assist in checking product quality, hygiene, appearance, taste, and other required parameters.

• Ensure production activities comply with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.

• Maintain quality inspection records, test reports, and other necessary QC documentation.

• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of production areas and equipment.

• Identify quality issues and report them to the QC Manager/Senior Management.

• Assist in investigating quality problems and implementing corrective actions.

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and other relevant departments regarding quality-related matters.

• Support internal quality inspections, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure proper handling and documentation of rejected or non-conforming products.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
