  • Age 30 to 45 years

Experience

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in Quality Management within the RMG/garment industry.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience, including managerial experience, in a large-scale knit, woven, and denim manufacturing facility.

  • Experience in a reputed and buyer-compliant garment manufacturing organization will be highly preferred.

  • Candidates with experience in a Group of Companies will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of garment quality control processes, quality standards, and inspection procedures.

  • Extensive experience in knit, woven, and denim garment manufacturing and quality management.

  • Strong knowledge of AQL, inline inspection, final inspection, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Establish and maintain appropriate quality standards, specifications, and tolerances (AQL) for raw materials, production processes, and finished products in accordance with the Quality Manual and buyer requirements.

  • Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Monitor the inspection of raw materials, fabrics, trims, and accessories, including relevant durability, color, and quality testing.

  • Monitor and control quality at all stages of production, including cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, assembling, washing, finishing, and packing.

  • Supervise inline quality inspections and quantity checks against production orders and approved standards.

  • Identify quality deviations, recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

  • Monitor final/random inspections to ensure finished products meet required quality standards and buyer specifications.

  • Conduct regular quality meetings to review quality performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in line with buyer requirements.

  • Monitor fabric inspection from the initial stage through to final shipment.

  • Identify quality-related training needs and arrange/coordinate appropriate training programs for the quality team.

  • Develop and enhance the technical capabilities of local quality personnel through coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training.

  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with Production, Merchandising, Technical, and other relevant departments to ensure consistent product quality.
