Responsibilities & Context:
Assist supervisors with daily tasks and ensure targets are met.
Maintain reports, efficiency sheets, Work-In-Progress (WIP) records and prepare documents for Management.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and company health & safety to be compliant.
Implement policies/ SOP and help processes to reduce wastage.
Oversee employees, provide training and motivate production workers.
Address day-to-day problems and implement solutions, consulting with HOD.
Communicate with others department to ensure smooth operations.
