• Must have experience of maintains the Mouza wari land related documents, survey record, mouza map, Title/ Bia deed, land Record and khotian, Land registration, Mutation & digital survey etc. 
• Strong understanding of land laws, registration processes, and property rights.
• Experienced in Real Estate field/ Land project based organization.
• Motor bike driven with license.
• Smart, energetic, ability to work under pressure.*Good presentation skill & well spoken.
• Should have computer literacy (MS word/ Excel/ Power point/ Auto CAD)
• Excellent communication skill.

• Measure land elevations, boundaries, and dimensions using surveying equipment.

• Responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land features for planning, construction, legal, or design purposes.

• Provide data used for land development, infrastructure projects and legal obligations.

• Land purchasing, relevant document vetting, Land registration, Mutation, handling of disputes related to land and Land Development.

• Determine and confirm legal property boundaries for deeds and development.

• Mark out construction reference points and levels based on design plans.

• Work on-site collaborating with legal expert, engineers, and architects to ensure land use aligns with legal and design requirements.

• To do land survey, land transfer and registration, CS/ SA/ RS/BDS, Faraz and chain, map / porcha, online mutation/ khazna, payment system, Miss case etc.

• Maintains the Mouza-wari land related documents, survey record, mouza map, Title/ Bia deed, land Record and khotian.

• Create detailed maps and 3D models of land features using GPS and CAD tools.

• Handling legal disputes, negotiating settlements, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

• Negotiating with landowners, community members, and other stakeholders.

• Inform management time to time regarding land related activities.

• Coordinate with external lawyers, advocates, and legal consultants.

•  Maintain records of all litigation, correspondence, and settlements.
