Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall day-to-day studio operations
• Coordinate studio bookings, production schedules, clients, and internal teams
• Work toward monthly sales and revenue targets
• Handle client communication and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support sales, administration, HR, and operational activities
• Coordinate employees, attendance, leave, schedules, and basic HR documentation
• Monitor studio resources, equipment usage, and operational requirements
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, bookings, and overall performance
• Ensure projects and client requirements are completed smoothly and on time
Requirements:
• Previous experience in studio, production house, agency, media, or similar business preferred
• Experience in operations, sales, administration, and team management
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Target-oriented and commercially aware
• Basic knowledge of HR and administrative processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
