Responsibilities & Context:
  • Welcome customers to the FELLAS Experience Center and provide a professional shopping experience.

  • Assist customers in selecting products, explaining features, sizes, fabrics, and pricing.

  • Process sales, maintain product displays, and ensure the Experience Center remains organized and presentable.

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, website live chat, and other communication channels.

  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, exchanges, deliveries, and after-sales service.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain daily sales and customer service records.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a similar role will be preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.

  • Good computer skills and familiarity with social media and messaging platforms.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • This position is open to female candidates only.
