Responsibilities & Context:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner, ensuring an excellent first impression of the organization.

• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, providing accurate information about the company's services and transferring calls efficiently.

• Follow up with prospective clients and leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms counseling sessions, and service enrollment.

• Coordinate interview schedules, counseling sessions, meetings, and appointments with internal teams and external candidates.

• Handle official emails, correspondence, and other administrative communications promptly and professionally.

• Maintain incoming & outgoing logs, appointment records, and front office documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative support tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and visitor access protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

• Perform additional administrative and front-office duties assigned by management from time to time.

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the organization's formal office dress code and workplace etiquette.
