• Age 20 to 30 years

• Plan and run targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta/Social Media) specifically to promote Fellas Studio services (Podcast, E-commerce Shoot, Fashion & Video Production).

• Generate high-quality B2B leads (eCommerce brands, entrepreneurs, influencers & creators).

• Handle direct client communication via Calls, WhatsApp, and in-person studio visits.

• Pitch studio packages, prepare custom quotations, negotiate, and close high-value deals.

• Build brand awareness for Fellas Studio and maintain long-term relationships with regular shooting clients.

• Monitor ad performance, ROAS, conversion rates, and meet monthly studio booking targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (Paid Ads/Lead Gen) & Sales/Client Acquisition.

• Proven track record in closing sales and managing client pipelines.

• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and content-driven marketing.

• Experience in production house, studio, media, or creative agency business is a strong plus.

• Excellent negotiation, convincing, and professional communication skills.
