Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bangla Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken Bangla with a strong vocabulary and accurate pronunciation.
• News Judgment: Strong sense of what matters now and deep awareness of national or global current affairs.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to stay calm, fast, and accurate in a live, fast-paced newsroom environment.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS), video editing tools, and digital social media platforms.

• Write and Rewrite Scripts: Create and polish news copies and scripts in fluent Bangla.
• Ticker Management: Write short, clear, and accurate news tickers for fast live updates.
• Fact-Checking: Verify facts and check sources carefully, especially for sensitive or breaking news.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with reporters, assignment desks, and video producers to manage running orders.
