Position: Executive – MIS
Department: MIS (Management Information System)
Job Context
We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented professional for the position of Executive – MIS in our cement manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data management, reporting, analysis, and providing accurate and timely information to support business operations and management decision-making.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with a relevant master's degree will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards
Collect, organize, and analyze business data
Maintain Excel/Google Sheets databases
Track KPIs and operational performance
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
Support management with data-driven insights
Coordinate with IT and other departments
Key skills: Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, SQL, Power BI, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience Requirements
1 to 5 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
Experience in the cement, manufacturing, FMCG, or building materials industry will be preferred.
Fresh knowledge of ERP-based reporting systems and business data management will be an advantage.
