The Executive – Transport VTS Operations will be responsible for monitoring vehicle movements through GPS-based Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS), ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and timely reporting. The role involves close coordination with drivers and the operations team to manage real-time alerts, route adherence, and fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor vehicle movement in real-time using GPS tracking systems

• Track and analyse delays, route deviations, stoppages, and idle time

• Generate and maintain daily operational reports (trip reports, fuel usage, vehicle utilisation)

• Coordinate with drivers and internal operations teams to ensure smooth transport activities

• Respond to system alerts such as overspeeding, geofence violations, and breakdowns

• Ensure all GPS devices are functioning properly and report any technical issues

• Maintain accurate logs and records of vehicle activity and incidents

• Support route planning and optimisation to improve efficiency

• Ensure compliance with company transport policies and safety standards
