Responsibilities & Context:
To receive all incoming materials from ship to the factory for repair/prepare with entry in the store day book.
Delivery of the items at ship from factory through proper checking with Challan & Gate Pass.
To issue Vat Challan against delivery of the goods from factory, take proper care of all the ship materials lying.
To raise all Delivery Challan and Bill form Store as per work Order/Contract.
Timely issuance of Quality Certificate (QC) for inspection of raw materials arriving for work on board the ship.
Ship requisition wise (Ship Provision store and Quarterly store) price quotation collection and purchase and supply at Ship.
To supply periodical statement of stock of ship repair work materials and finished goods at the end of every month.
To supply periodical ship repair work Materials consumption Report at the end of every month.
To work on Ship Provision store and Quarterly store supply stock maintain.
Any other responsibility given by the Management.
