VIP canteen Satisfaction Survey

VIP canteen Cost Analysis

Assume full responsibility for internal client dining and hospitality services, including the end-to-end coordination of banquets and business meals.

Manage the selection, upgrading, and maintenance of the dining area, tableware, and supporting facilities to ensure they meet hospitality standards.

Establish service standards and conduct training on hospitality etiquette for service staff; coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure food quality and smooth service workflows.

Address personalized client requests, maintain order on-site, and enhance overall hospitality satisfaction.
