Education:

• HSC

• Minimum HSC or Equivalent

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

• Relevant academic qualifications and practical experience will be considered during the selection process.

• Age At least 23 years

• Experienced candidates will be given preference.

• Freshers with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn may also be considered for suitable positions.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva.

• Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

• Good command of Bangla and English.

• Basic computer and MS Office skills.

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, education consultancy, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create professional and engaging graphics for Facebook, Instagram, websites, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

• Design promotional materials, campaign creatives, brochures, banners, flyers, and social media content.

• Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity.

• Work closely with the marketing and management team to develop creative concepts.

• Manage multiple design requirements within deadlines.

• Salary Negotiable + High Commission Structure Based on Performance

• Salary will be determined based on position, experience, skills, and overall suitability.
