• PhD in Business Studies, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Marketing, International Business, Brand Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Brand Management, Human Resource Management

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce Startup

• Age 27 to 45 years
• Only Male

1. Take overall responsibility for Ittaadi.com’s day-to-day business operations.

2. Lead and coordinate all major teams including Sales, Customer Support, Courier, Packaging, Sourcing, Creative & Marketing.

3. Set and monitor team targets, KPIs, productivity, and overall performance.

4. Ensure smooth coordination and workflow between all departments.

5. Monitor sales, order confirmation, delivery, returns, customer service, and fulfillment operations.

6. Identify operational issues and take quick, practical decisions to resolve them.

7. Manage team performance, discipline, training, and accountability.

8. Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to management.

9. Work closely with the Founder & Managing Director to execute business strategies and achieve company growth.
