• Min. Bachelor degree holder from a reputed institution.

• Age should be below 50 years.

• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in a reputed construction, real-estate or property-development company.

• Strong hands-on expertise in property development, project planning, construction execution, budgeting and cost control.

• Excellent practical knowledge of land documents, mutation, registration, RAJUK rules, approvals, FAR, building regulations and statutory requirements is essential.

• Should be well-versed in construction quality, contractors, procurement, project scheduling and timely project delivery.

• Strong experience in client relations, negotiation, stakeholder management and commercial aspects of property development.

• The position demands strategic leadership, integrity, strong decision-making ability and proven capability to manage large teams and multiple projects.
