Experience:

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• B. Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/ KUET/CUET/ RUET/SUST with minimum 15 years of experience in construction.

• IEB Fellowship.

• Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), Auto CAD

Labaid is a leading brand in healthcare sector of Bangladesh. We are inviting applications for eligible candidates for the mentioned position.

Job Location : Dhaka but must have the ability to move around the country.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit master and monthly work program of all the sites.

• Prepare monthly material budget for all sites depth.

• Involve in construction procurement process on regular basis.

• Taking daily work progress report & making next plan.

• After visiting all sites physically, submit report of Q.C & site staffs to the management on regular basis.

• Ensure & manage efficient and financially capable sub-contractors.

• Arrange & coordinate project handover programs.

• Quality control & supervision of works at every level as per work schedule specially before handover of a project.

• Prepare progress report comparing to the Master program & scheduled monthly program.

• Ensure project resources like manpower, materials, drawing etc.

• Coordinate engineering activities with other departments providing advice, counseling as & when required.

• Liaison with clients and a variety of professionals including Architects, Electromechanical, Plumbing, consultants.

• Manage all construction work as per the projected time with due attention to rate analysis through proper market survey.

• Manage and ensure all sorts of renovation work as per “Company schedule” and projected time.

• In-depth knowledge and experience of Utility & Maintenance.

• Sound knowledge regarding deeds/agreements with landowners, clients, suppliers, contractors, etc.

• Should have adequate knowledge regarding building codes like BNBC, ACI codes, etc.

• Should have experience in handling a good number of projects including large projects.

• As per company policy

• Transport facilities: Pick & drop, and official purposes.
