Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Govt. polytechnic institute/public University

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Software, M.S office, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards related to structural & finishing work.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

• Monitor finishing works such as paint, tiles, doors, sanitary, electrical, and glass installation.

• Supervise structural construction works including column & slab re-bar binding, casting work, brick masonry, and plastering work.

• Ensure construction work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Maintain site reports, work progress, and material usage records.

• Ensure proper safety and quality control at the construction site.

• Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Manager / Management.
