- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards related to structural & finishing work.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Inspect and ensure the quality of Pile work as per project specifications and standards.
Oversee and manage building finishing work, including plastering, painting, tiling, and other decorative elements.
Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work as per project specifications and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
Verify the responsibilities and outputs of team members to ensure accountability.
Identify and resolve issues related to finishing work in a timely manner.
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
Managing, Supervision and Contract Administration of all Civil Related works under the guidance of the Project Management team.
Scheduling, checking and monitoring of works.
Bill checking, estimation, preparing budget.
Coordination between various disciplines of work and ensuring timely completion of civil works.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors & other professional staff, surveyors & overall project Engineer.
