• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Software, M.S office, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards related to structural & finishing work.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure proper execution of RCC structural works, including foundation, column, beam, slab, stair, and related works.

• Supervise all finishing works, including brickwork, plastering, flooring, tiles, painting, doors/windows, sanitary, electrical coordination, and other associated works.

• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved architectural and structural drawings.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams.

• Check workmanship, materials, dimensions, levels, alignment, and overall construction quality.

• Maintain site reports, work progress, and material usage records.

• Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.

• Coordinate material requirements with the procurement and management teams.

• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in consultation with senior engineers/management.

• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety requirements, and company policies.

• Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Manager / Management.
  
  Essential Experience Requirement:

  The candidate must have successfully completed at least one complete RCC building project, from structural/RCC works through all major finishing works.
