Achieve company`s goal through Direct Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing, Door to door Marketing and Telemarketing.
Physically door-to-door visit for Prospective client hunting.
Communicate with prospective/target customers by calling, messaging, using social media & email.
Project visit with the clients as per requirement & Maintain and update customer database.
Visit prospective customers (if needed) & set up meetings with potential clients.
Focus on how to promote more sales.
Maintain healthy relationships with clients and property investors and existing customers.
Handle client inquiries, follow up on lead, and conduct site visit.
Collect and report customer feedback and market trends.
Target Ads Creation & marketing on Social Media.
Report to the team leader when & where required.
Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials` formalities i.e.checking application forms, preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
Build company image with professionalism, behavior & refraining from any kind of negative activities.
Any Other activities as and when required by the management.
