Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any discipline from a reputable university.
Experience
At least 5 years

Pet Food, pet Medicine, Pet Accessories, Manufacturing (FMCG),

Responsibilities & Context
Supervising daily sales and trade marketing activities.
Enhancing trade relations with different traders and customers.
Forecasting market demand and achieving acquired sales targets.
Ensuring the sustainable growth of market share.
Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors.
Coordinate 100% Numeric and the highest weighted distribution of products.
Identify weak distributors, prepare an action plan, and work on the appointment/termination of new/ existing distributors.
Monitor distributor-wise damage control, make cause analysis, and take initiatives on the adjustment of damage in consultation with the Sales Head, Sales Admin, and Accounts Department.
Monitor and follow up on market data and information regularly (Competitors and Own).
Follow up on the distributor’s credit limit and encourage them to cash business.
Train and develop the sales team to improve individual sales performance.
