• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies.
• Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
• Expand market coverage and develop new sales outlets.
• Ensure product availability and proper stock management.
• Monitor sales team performance and provide necessary guidance.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Execute trade promotions, merchandising, and branding activities.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports.
• Analyze territory performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and SOPs.
