Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the sales team in promoting and selling company products.
Communicate with customers, dealers, retailers, and business clients.
Support the team in generating new sales leads and following up with existing customers.
Learn and present product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
Assist in maintaining regular communication with dealers and sales partners.
Conduct market visits when required to understand customer demand and market conditions.
Collect market information, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Support sales representatives in preparing quotations, sales reports, and other required documents.
Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, messages, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the Sales, Product Management, Accounts, and Warehouse teams when required.
Achieve assigned sales and activity targets under the guidance of the Sales Team.
